Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear?

Something comfy preferably fitted, if you have loose shorts you may want to wear fitted shorts underneath, socks and sticky socks are even better!!

Bring along a towel for the bed and cloth to wipe down and a water bottle – water is available to fill up in reception. You can also buy an essentials pack for new members for £15 including a water bottle, hand gel bottle and cleaning cloth.

I’m a beginner, can I attend?

Absolutely! If you would like to get off to the best start on your Pilates journey we offer a beginners package (£70) which includes a discounted, private introductory session plus 3 group classes or alternatively you can attend a private introduction sessions (£35) Please feel free to give us a call to discuss these options or book yourself online. Our class sizes are also capped at 6 so you can be sure of some individual attention and plenty of chance to ask for support and guidance.

How much?

Our pay as you classes are £15 for all classes, but you can save when you become a member with memberships starting at £50 per month.

I’m injured or have back pain can I attend?

Yes! Movement heals and more often than not a doctor or consultant/physio will recommend Pilates – give us a call to discuss your injury so we can decide which class would be better suited and whether you’d need to check in with your healthcare provider

Is there parking?

Yes we have allocated parking and also street parking nearby.

Do you do 1-2-1?

Yes we have our very own dedicated private studio so whether you’re an athlete with specific goals, recovering from injury or just prefer more individual attention we have availability 6 days a week.

What's the difference between mat based and apparatus based Pilates?

Mat Pilates is performed on a mat using body weight and small equipment whereas mixed apparatus Pilates are performed on the Pilates equipment which add more dynamic and challenge. We have half cadillac, wunda chair and reformer beds in our main studio along with arc barrel and full cadillac in our private studio.
