We’re now offering new and expectant mums the chance to keep fit, meet new friends and try something new in our pregnancy Pilates classes. The classes will be held in our bespoke, Bury based Reformer Pilates Studios.
The courses will run over 4 weeks, starting Sunday 22nd September at 12:30 pm then running consecutively for 4 weeks, every Sunday at the same time. The price for the 4 consecutive sessions is £40.

Our qualified, PregnancyPilates instructor, Leanne Craig will be running the classes, here are her thoughts on why they would make the perfect class for you,
“Pregnancy pilates stays absolutely true to its form and concept. The classes are aimed at strengthening abdominals, back and pelvic floor muscles, which are very important when it comes to childbirth. Pregnancy Pilates also focuses on balance, strength and coordination for the whole body and can help to ease and reduce problems caused by a change in posture and can be relaxing for mum and baby as well as help speed up postnatal recovery!”
