Our Beginners Pilates Package is perfect for newcomers, offering the best start on your Pilates journey with a discounted private introduction and three group classes for just £75

Pure Reformer

These classes are Reformer apparatus only and will cover the foundations of Pilates and increase confidence using the Reformer. They are aimed at improving your posture, strength, core, flexibility and fitness. Great for beginners and those with experience alike.

 

Pic’n’ Mix​ Reformer

These classes are mixed ability & mixed apparatus (Can involve the Reformer, Half Cadillac, Combo Chair and small equipment). Pilates is a method of exercise which helps to engage all the muscles in the body and creates a mind-body connection; these classes are aimed at improving posture, strength, core, flexibility and fitness.

 

Tower Pilates

Through a series of matwork exercises & using the Tower apparatus, and other small props, the workout helps build, sculpt and tone muscles as well as improve spinal mobility. 

You must have completed 3 Pure Reformer classes before attending this class

Cardio Fusion

Feel invigorated with this zesty class aimed to get the heart racing and core fired up nicely. Using the Jumpboard and Wunda Chair for this Perfect fusion of Pilates endurance exercise, perfect for an early morning energy boost or lunch break cardio. 

You must have completed 3 PURE Reformer classes before attending this class

Stretch & Release

Melt tension around the back, neck and hips with restorative stretches. Improve mobility and flexibility with deep release work using trigger point balls, and foam roller those tight muscles in this short but effective feel good class.

Small Group Advanced

Our advanced Pilates sessions offer an intimate setting using a diverse range of advanced repertoire using apparatus such as the Cadillac and Ladder Barrel. Work on technique and enhance your Pilates practice with no more than 4 in a session.

Advanced Practice can be booked via invitation only.

 

Small Group Rehab

Our small group rehab Pilates sessions offer a unique blend of safety and intimacy, providing a hands-on, supportive space to practice Pilates while recovering from an injury. This cost-savvy alternative to 1-1 sessions allows for effective rehabilitation in a group setting with a maximum of 4 people.

 

Private Sessions (1-1/1-2)

We have a private training studio with more scope for advanced exercise as well as rehabilitation from injury. Our bespoke personal training sessions with an instructor of your choice, are focused entirely on working towards your goals and needs. Prime Time

From bumps to new mums with babies, young adults & the older generation we have you covered. Classes are based on the basic principles of Pilates, that provide the foundation for a safe effective workout. These principles will make you more aware of your ‘core’ and optimal posture to help you get better results from your workout!
