All sessions to be pre-booked and prepaid.  Please take into consideration that we are a small club so we require 24hrs notice for cancellations on all our sessions.

It is important that you bear this in mind when booking as we are unable to refund fees under any circumstances.  Whilst we understand that life gets in the way, we are trying to manage the needs of the business and our clients as effectively as we can.

Please remember to use all your sessions within the length of your contract as we are unable to refund or carry over any credits.

On occasion there may be a need to substitute your trainer at short notice.
